"As editor of an International Nordic Walking publication with subscribers in 34 countries, I believe that Nordic Walking is set to rival the popularity of the running boom of the 1980's. As a sports and fitness trainer for longer than I care to remember, I am passionate about Nordic Walking. It is a 'total body' exercise programme that's ideal for literally anyone. I have personal clients ranging from retired people who have experienced joint surgery and debilitating illness, through to endurance athletes who compete in marathons and ultra-distance races. Nordic Walking is the most perfect form of exercise and has no downside. It truly is a 'Sport for All'.
